Jeff Nyce, Realtor

I grew up in Bucks County, PA, attended Pennridge High School, and graduated from Millersville University with a BSE in Mathematics with an option in Actuarial Science. I am currently a full-time HS Mathematics teacher with my first 2 years at Palisades HS and the last 12 years at Lower Merion HS. I have coached all 14 years that I have been teaching, including Softball, Volleyball and currently Baseball at the HS level. While working at Lower Merion I received my Masters in Educational Technology from Wilkes University.

I currently live in Harleysville, PA with my wife of 10 years, Cindy, and our 2 children, Abby(9) and Nolan(7), and our animals, 2 cats, Milo and Nala, and our dog, Kayleigh, plus dozens of nameless fish.

When I am not teaching or coaching, I can be found on the golf course or putzing around the house, always finding something to work on, whether it needs it or not. I enjoy DIY projects, from installing a sump pump or a hot water heater, laying a floor, wood or tile, or finishing a basement, I enjoy doing it and I enjoy learning from it.

I always enjoy looking at houses and love the ease that the everyhome.com website gives you in looking for houses. So, when I decided to get my real estate license this past spring, it was a pretty easy choice to join on with Everyhome Realty.

I am excited to begin this new adventure in my life, and I am looking forward to helping you find a new home to allow you to begin a new adventure in your life. I know the supports and the experience of my colleagues at Everyhome Realty will make this an easy transition for me, and thus allow me to help make your transition as easy as possible as well.
