Pernilla Marsh, Realtor

I was born in Sweden and came to the US in 1993 for university studies. My degree was in TV and film production. After college, I worked as a Business Manager, asst. Production Manager and Producer in the field of commercial production in Chicago. After I met my husband, we moved to Charlotte, NC and I worked in various fields, such as film production and banking before I decided to go back for some graduate courses towards a master’s degree in business. While studying for my MBA, we decided to start a family and I have two wonderful children.

Due to my husband’s career we have moved many times in the past 13 years. We have lived in Chicago, Charlotte, Annapolis, Baltimore and we are now residing in Media (prior to Chicago, I lived in Stockholm, Sweden and London, UK). Over the past 13 years my husband and I have rented, bought and sold 5 different homes. I have enjoyed our personal experience of renovating several old home and the joy of owning new homes, which is why I decided to become a real estate agent.

When we bought our home in Media 3 years ago, we used Everyhome Realtors. What we liked about Everyhome at first was their website and Cash@Closing program. After working with them, we really liked how they handled the whole process and made it effortless. It was a natural fit for me to contact Katie Kennedy to help me start my career in real estate.

After buying and selling 5 different homes, I have experienced the highs and lows of buying and selling a home. Pernilla is amazing. She has a background In Finance and has an attention to details I have never experienced before. She sold a townhouse for me and found me the house of my dreams! She has a way of negotiating that is very smooth and never overbearing.
