School District Highlights
Named one of the top high schools in the country by Washington Post and Newsweek in 2013, North Penn continues to improve academic student achievement. The high school offers many advanced placement courses as well as award-winning academic extracurricular activities.

North Penn was awarded the best athletic program in the state in 2005, 2006, and 2007 by Sports Illustrated after winning 45 state titles in ten years! The high school sports teams continue to achieve success, especially in football, swimming, and baseball.

The district’s impressive Thespian Troupe offers classes, performances throughout the year, and a big spring musical.

North Penn School District serves approximately 11,000 students in an area covering approximately 42 square miles.

The high school has also been recognized for its Air Force Junior ROTC program, which emphasizes self-discipline, leadership skills, and character building. Other notable extracurricular activities include an aquatics program, engineering academy, and planetarium!
