Lower Moreland Township

Nestled in southern Montgomery County, this commuter-friendly town offers both proximity to the City of Philadelphia, and a friendly suburban feel. Take a stroll through the quaint borough, which is notable for a number of museums and attractions including the Glencairn Museum and Cairnwood Estate. The beautiful Bryn Athyn Cathedral is also a notable landmark in the area. And given its proximity to Philadelphia, Lower Moreland residents can take a short drive to access all that the city has to offer.

Most homes in Lower Moreland are moderately priced, with the majority of homes for sale being between $300,000 and $600,000. Single-family homes on approximately a half acre lot are the most popular style, with just a handful of townhomes or condominiums available. New construction has also become popular within Lower Moreland Township, with most of these homes priced around $600,000.
