While Newtown is surrounded by scenic, rolling hills and is largely residential in nature, there are still plenty of opportunities to dine, shop, and play! Some of our favorite local restaurants include Teca and Ristorante La Locanda, and residents love the beautiful Aronimink Golf and Country Club.

Newtown Township Real Estate
Homes in Newtown Township tend to be priced above the Delaware County average. The majority of homes in Newtown Township are single-family homes above $700,000 although a variety of home styles and prices are available. Most of these stately single-family homes are located on sizeable lots (nearly an acre or more) and within private, gated communities. Other single-family homes are tucked away on quiet, winding back roads.

Additionally, Newtown Square is a popular spot for builders and developers, and new construction is abundant. You can expect to see more and more luxury townhomes and gated communities with elegant single homes!

For something a bit more affordable, be sure to check out the more modest townhomes and condominiums. It’s also not uncommon to find a stately single-family home in need of a little TLC that is far under market value!
