Solebury Township

Charming, tranquil, and unique! Solebury Township is home to some of Bucks County’s most coveted real estate, and offers beautiful scenery, an award-winning school district, and historic sites. The affluent township is located along the Delaware River in the eastern portion of the county, and covers approximately 27 square miles.

Solebury Township is home to six historic districts: Carversville, Aquetong Valley, Cuttalossa, Phillips Mill, Center Bridge and Lumberville.

The township is served by the New Hope-Solebury School District. The district’s high school was recently ranked #2 in the entire state (out of 500+ schools) and boasts a long history of academic excellence.

Solebury’s beautiful countryside is home to expansive parks and recreation opportunities. Be sure to stop by Solebury Orchards, a local farm, with the kids on the weekend for “pick-your-own” fruits, veggies, and flowers and a quaint market with homemade goodies!

In addition to its convenient location alongside New Hope Borough, Solebury Township offers a variety of delicious eateries and galleries. The Inn at Phillips Mill is one of our favorites, with romantic dining by the fire and an classic French inspired menu.

For a night on the town, be sure to drive less than five minutes to New Hope Borough. Downtown New Hope offers even more incredible restaurants, as well as the Bucks County Playhouse and a handful of charming boutiques.

Homes for sale in Solebury Township tend to be priced above the Bucks County average. The majority of homes for sale are single-family homes valued above $800,000 although there are more affordable options as well.
